Brand Identity for Commercial and Investment Mortgage Brokers

Based in London, Spot Funding is a team of experts in commercial and investment mortgages. In 2020, they launched the company and they reached out to us to create their brand identity.

The core values of the brand are: honesty, trustworthiness and accountability. The minimal brand identity reflects these values whilst the colour palette aids to evoke these emotions further. The circle is used to highlight the verb ‘Spot’ so that the identity can be clearly seen and recognised.

We’ve used the circle as a brand element, where it can be used as a frame for images to raise brand awareness. As the company grows, they are expected to attend trade shows, hence the branded marketing collateral has been created to maximise there reach to their customers and lenders.

With these three core values, I have sketched out some logo concepts that could be used. The client wanted the logo to be clean and minimal in design style.
