Brand Identity to educate young people on sustainability

Wild & Wonderful is an educational platform to educate young people on sustainable practices. There goal is to create an online platform and provide educational resources to young people and create a community of like-minded people who want to create an impact.

As sustainability is one of the main core values for the brand, it is imperative that the brand advocates this through all materials produced. The website must have a low digital carbon footprint and printed materials must be printed in a sustainable manor, using eco-friendly inks and paper stocks.

Wild & Wonderful aim to release quarterly reports to keep young people up to date on the latest news. These reports would be promoted using social media as this is where there audience is most likely to be more active, rather than using traditional mediums.

As this is a platform aimed towards young people, the visual identity needs to be modern and contemporary to attract the audience. With this and the core values in mind, I designed a minimal word mark visual identity.

Brand In Action

To further build out the brand, I’ve used a minimal illustrative style. This free-flowing style subtly hints towards a sustainable movement and heading towards a new, greener future. 

To show how all these elements tie together, I’ve created a selection of graphical outputs including a website design, social media design and a digital report.

The brand has been built to mainly have a digital outlook for two reasons - one, appeals to a younger audience and two, this would allow the company to have a lower carbon footprint.
